Though the end goal is to gain weight, they talk about their recent stint with working on their fitness and their thoughts on it! They share ideas for fitness regimens that are accessible for those who are fat and wanting to gain. Namely, why it’s important to build up muscle and take care of your body when you’re asking it to do the hard work of gaining! They share their story, their goals, and some stretches that they really like
But at the end of the day, you should do what’s most comfortable and accessible for you, and don’t let anyone push you to do something you’re not feeling! That is – ignore thin/active people push you to be more fit and ignore other feedists that give you shit about working out as a gainer! Do whatever feels right for you♥
